Do every body get a 'fair' chance for adult education? Probably Not.

Adult Education is a noble cause. And spreading awareness about this cause is further more important a task. I appreciate every organization and government body that works to impart learning to grown ups. Recently, VEC and REGSA held a fair in County Waterford to provide increased access to lifelong learning opportunities to elderly people.
